Find out about me

Counselling with me is about building a relationship based on trust, warmth, and acceptance. I will support you as we work together to explore what’s going on and how you’d like things to be different. You are the expert on your life, so I’ll walk with you as you find your way forward.

I'm a Person-Centred counsellor and an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work within the BACP's ethical guidelines to offer you a safe, confidential space where you can speak freely and be truly heard.

I’ve worked with a wide range of clients dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, and the everyday struggles that life can bring. I’ve seen the powerful changes that can happen when someone feels truly listened to. My professional experience also includes bereavement counselling for several years with Cruse and volunteering in a charity which helps those suffering domestic violence.

You can choose to work with me for a set number of sessions or in an open-ended way - we’ll decide together what feels right for you.

The Person-Centred approach

This way of working puts you at the heart of the process. It’s a gentle but empowering approach that can help build your own self-awareness, self compassion and ease feelings like guilt, anger, or self-doubt. I will meet you with empathy and without judgment - whoever you are, whatever your story.
