I offer a calm, supportive space where your experiences are heard, your feelings matter, and you don’t have to pretend to be okay. I believe counselling can help you feel less overwhelmed, more in control, and more connected to yourself and others.
We’ll work gently with whatever you bring - whether it’s something you’ve carried for years, or something more recent that’s shaken your world.
Together, we can look at your experiences, how they’ve shaped you, and how they may be affecting your thoughts, emotions, and relationships today.
