Has someone you love died, and now everything feels different - or even pointless?
Are you struggling to make sense of life after loss?
Do you feel like no one really understands what you’re going through?
Has grief affected your sleep, your health, or connecting with others?
Are memories or anniversaries making things harder than you expected?
Do you sometimes feel guilty for still grieving - or guilty for starting to move forward?
This is a space where you can talk freely, without fear of being judged, dismissed, or simply told to “move on.”
Together, we can gently explore what you need right now, how your loss has shaped you and what healing might look like for you.
In our first sessions, we’ll gently explore what’s brought you here - your loss and what life has been like for you lately. I’ll ask open gentle questions, always working at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we’ll begin to understand what kind of support feels right, and what might help ease the weight of your grief.
I offer a free, no-pressure phone call to find out about working with me.
